Natalie A. Ficek is an Associate of the firm.

Ms. Ficek clerked in community hospitals where she received extensive experience with corporate transactions and compliance. She drafts and reviews agreements, including service agreements, hospitalist agreements, employment agreements, and asset purchase and sale agreements. She conducts Compliance Program Effectiveness Assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. 

Ms. Ficek has demonstrated an interest in healthcare law during law school. She received the Health Law Certificate from DePaul University College of Law. She was also the Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law.
