Biography
Noreen Costelloe has been licensed to practice law in Illinois for over 30 years. She started her career as a Certified Financial Planner which gave her a unique understanding of investments and tax planning, which understanding has been invaluable in developing effective estate plans and legal strategies.
She particularly enjoys helping clients solve their specific estate planning challenges. Trusts are uniquely suitable to assist clients with family members with challenging circumstances.
