Biography
Cheryl A. Miller is an Associate of the firm. Ms. Miller practices in all areas of health law, and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to regulatory and transactional matters, including business entity formation and maintenance, contract review and negotiation, corporate compliance, and HIPAA Privacy and Security. She has expertise in federal and state self-referral laws, including Stark and anti-kickback laws. She represents a variety of healthcare providers, including individual physicians, physician groups, long-term care facilities, safety-net hospitals and federally qualified health centers. A scope of her practice includes enterprise risk management and risk assessments, and corporate compliance audits and investigations.
Prior to joining Malecki Brooks Ford Law Group, LLC, Ms. Miller was an associate attorney at Momkus McCluskey Roberts, LLC.
