Bob has extensive experience providing leadership within the health care industry with demonstrated expertise in strategic and operational planning, fiscal management, construction project oversight, and medical office administration. Proven proficiency at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by government entities and accrediting agencies. Noteworthy dedication to researching, designing and implementing sustainable plans aimed at providing health care access to medically underserved communities.

As the President and CEO for PCC Community Wellness Center, an FQHC, for twenty years Bob developed and accomplished a long term strategic plan which resulted in increased patient visits from 32,000 to 142, 700 annually. Initiated and developed innovative programs to expand and enhance care, including a Walk-in- Wellness Center, an integrated Behavioral Health Program, and the first free-standing birth center in Illinois.
