Biography
Jonathan Siner is a healthcare attorney with experience in healthcare compliance, HIPAA, federal audits of healthcare contracts, Medicare and Medicaid issues, 340B, and the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Siner presently serves as Corporate Compliance Officer for a Chicago hospital. Before joining Malecki Brooks Ford, Mr. Siner did extensive legal work for Erie Family Healthcare Centers, a multi-clinic federally qualified health center in Chicago. Mr. Siner serves on a number of health care organizations, including the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys (IAHA) where he is on its Board of Directors and Vice Chair of its annual Symposium Committee.
